Brain Lift with Guided Breathwork Establishing Gut Brain Connection Discovered!

Welcome back to the 14th episode of Skeletal Leap: A Living Adventure!
Today’s episode titled “Brain Lift with Guided Breathwork Establishing Gut Brain Connection Discovered!” will tell you how I activated my brain establishing instant brain autonomy free from the clutches of my mind.
As and when I sent surges of energy up my spine through extending the duration of exhalation with all my chakras open, it always extended the limits of crown chakra opening renewing itself with every single surge.
It felt like tearing my eyelids apart enhancing the clarity of vision more and more as it renewed itself with every new surge.
This felt like establishing an inverse relationship between the clarity of vision and the control of the chattering mind on my pure awareness.
As the mind progressively surrendered its control, I started feeling a little uneasy like one feels when stepping out of one’s comfort zone. It was a feeling of being left alone on my own.
SKELETAL LEAP, the mind body connection for mind and body healing, is a giant leap that our skeleton can take through the way it postures its joints.
I had stumbled upon this miracle many years ago, coincidentally
It took me quite a few years to analyze it fully, and then a few more to turn the results of my analysis into a feasible action plan.
I come up with a new weekly episode every Tuesday morning for miraculous healing enthusiasts to effectively start their weekdays with what they like the most!

My name is Laadi Ojas. Welcome to “Skeletal

Leap: A Living Adventure”. Skeletal Leap
transforms one’s life into a personal heaven.
0:00:33.920,0:00:37.200
Today’s episode will tell
you how I cracked the code
0:00:37.200,0:00:42.560
of instant brain activation
and coming to here and now.
0:00:42.560,0:00:48.960
As and when I sent surges of energy up my spine
through extending the duration of exhalation
0:00:48.960,0:00:56.080
with all my chakras open, it always extended the
limits of crown chakra opening renewing itself
0:00:56.080,0:01:03.680
with every single surge. It felt like tearing
my eyelids apart enhancing the clarity of vision
0:01:03.680,0:01:11.600
more and more as it renewed itself with every
new surge. This clearer perception every time
0:01:11.600,0:01:17.840
coincided with stopping the train of thoughts
resulting in emptying the mind progressively.
0:01:18.400,0:01:22.160
This felt like establishing an
inverse relationship between
0:01:22.160,0:01:29.200
the clarity of vision and the control of
the chattering mind on my pure awareness.
0:01:29.200,0:01:35.760
As the mind progressively surrendered its control,
I started feeling a little uneasy like one feels
0:01:35.760,0:01:42.720
when stepping out of one’s comfort zone. It
was a feeling of being left alone on my own.
0:01:42.720,0:01:49.040
Actually it was my mind that was feeling uneasy
as a result of progressively surrendering its
0:01:49.040,0:01:56.480
control over my pure awareness. It wasn’t
liking the entire procedure but it couldn’t
0:01:56.480,0:02:04.160
stop it since it was initiated in the body and
not in the mind. It felt helpless and was forced
0:02:04.160,0:02:12.160
to limit its boundaries at being purely aware of
reviewing the drive of instincts alone. As I was
0:02:12.160,0:02:19.520
currently focused at seeing alone, the awareness
had entirely centered itself on reviewing the
0:02:19.520,0:02:27.200
drive of perceiving the visual information in
front of my eyes. I was just perceiving and not
0:02:27.200,0:02:35.760
doing anything else inside me. And this action of
mine was clarifying my vision way more than ever.
0:02:36.400,0:02:42.560
It suddenly occurred to me that exactly the same
would happen if I focused on any perception other
0:02:42.560,0:02:51.680
that vision as well. It could be the perception
of sound or smell or taste or else touch as well.
0:02:51.680,0:02:58.880
It was certainly an insight coming direct from
the brain. Suddenly another insight followed the
0:02:58.880,0:03:05.600
earlier one saying when the mind surrenders its
control over pure awareness, the brain takes over
0:03:05.600,0:03:11.840
the charge independently and starts thinking
on the spur of the moment without getting
0:03:11.840,0:03:19.360
obstructed by the habitual train of thoughts
disturbing its focus on thinking here and now.
0:03:19.360,0:03:25.280
The habitual train of thoughts is not only
fragmented in itself disturbing the focus but
0:03:25.280,0:03:32.400
also slows down the entire thinking process often
ending up as wrong decisions and consequently
0:03:32.400,0:03:41.120
wrong actions taken. When brain thinks in its
independent capacity, it’s instantaneous as there
0:03:41.120,0:03:48.880
is no train of fragmented thoughts disturbing
its spontaneous focus. And it’s so speedy that
0:03:48.880,0:03:55.040
despite getting registered in its memory cells,
it doesn’t give the awareness of mind a chance
0:03:55.040,0:04:01.440
to turn it into an emotional or moralistic
thought and then keep chewing the cud of it.
0:04:02.160,0:04:10.080
This was how and why the mechanic miraculously
saving the child in my story in episode 11 and
0:04:10.080,0:04:15.520
I climbing up the high rock right above
the gushing flow of the river below in
0:04:15.520,0:04:25.040
my story in episode 13 had just forgotten
how he and I were able to do what we did.
0:04:25.040,0:04:33.680
This is what the ultimate aim of meditation is.
Meditation has been revered as a highly esteemed
0:04:33.680,0:04:42.000
practice in human culture ever since human society
took shape with sociocultural evolution. Lately,
0:04:42.000,0:04:49.280
it has almost become a fashionable trend among
the cultural elite for their wellness concerns.
0:04:49.280,0:04:57.440
On the other hand, people having a deep faith in
spiritualism follow it as a spiritual practice.
0:04:57.440,0:05:02.640
Thirdly, people with different kinds of
lifestyle diseases are also advised to sit
0:05:02.640,0:05:09.440
in meditation by their healthcare specialists.
The modus operandi of such meditations has
0:05:09.440,0:05:16.800
mostly been to sit in an erect posture with eyes
closed for a certain duration of time. During
0:05:16.800,0:05:22.240
this period, the meditators are supposed
to do something specific with their mind.
0:05:23.040,0:05:30.160
What that something is widely varies depending
on what they want it to achieve for them.
0:05:30.160,0:05:35.520
It looks like people have such great faith
in meditation that they feel it can provide
0:05:35.520,0:05:42.320
them with all kinds of things they seek.
According to a recent study, out of people’s
0:05:42.320,0:05:49.920
top 50 concerns, 16 fall under the category of
wellness. 5 of them fall under the category of
0:05:49.920,0:05:57.360
religion and spirituality. 2 of them fall
under material gains. A whopping 27 fall
0:05:57.360,0:06:03.520
under the category health and healing,
14 of them being mental health issues.
0:06:03.520,0:06:09.440
Hence people’s priorities for what they expect
out of meditation are in the following order…
0:06:10.480,0:06:14.160
Health and healing
Wellness
0:06:15.120,0:06:20.320
Religion and spirituality
Material gains
0:06:21.120,0:06:28.240
How do we think meditation would be able to do
what we want it to do for us? And, that too, just
0:06:28.240,0:06:34.800
by doing it for an hour a day? For the remaining
twenty-three hours, we are again going back to our
0:06:34.800,0:06:41.520
unhealthy state of mind-body disposition.
Sitting for meditation for an hour or so
0:06:41.520,0:06:47.280
has just become a fashion to satisfy
ourselves of doing something good.
0:06:47.280,0:06:54.160
It rather strengthens our ego further.
Also, what exactly do we do when we sit
0:06:54.160,0:07:00.800
in meditation with our eyes closed? Here are
a few things that people are guided to do in
0:07:00.800,0:07:09.120
the name of meditation. We chant mantras
or affirmations, count beads or breaths,
0:07:09.120,0:07:16.960
concentrate on a thought or imagine a sequence.
Such practices just numb the mind, sending it to
0:07:16.960,0:07:24.640
a kind of stupor. It makes us feel as if we have
become relaxed. But that’s not what relaxation
0:07:24.640,0:07:32.400
means. A lethargic mind is not a relaxed mind.
Mindfulness meditation sounds to be a better
0:07:32.400,0:07:39.680
alternative at relaxing the mind. Mindfulness
means trying to focus on being aware of the
0:07:39.680,0:07:46.160
train of thoughts without judging them, or else
trying to focus mind on a particular sensation,
0:07:46.160,0:07:52.800
a particular thought, a particular thing or
a particular action. People sit down in a
0:07:52.800,0:07:59.280
cross-legged posture and start making
all efforts to channelize their mind.
0:07:59.280,0:08:06.160
But mind, as such, is a fidgety child! It
doesn’t pay much heed to our efforts. In fact,
0:08:06.160,0:08:14.560
it loves to keep jumping from one casual thought,
thing or action to another, like a monkey.
0:08:14.560,0:08:22.400
We try to discipline it with our determination.
It doesn’t say no. But then it stealthily slips
0:08:22.400,0:08:28.000
away from under our attentive control
to some of its other casual concerns.
0:08:28.560,0:08:35.280
We always need to keep bringing it back to the
track that we have decided for it to move along.
0:08:35.280,0:08:41.840
But the problem is it gets bored over there. The
very nature of the mind is to keep jumping from
0:08:41.840,0:08:49.440
one concern to another. And the reason is that
it is full of concerns, not only consciously
0:08:49.440,0:08:56.000
but unconsciously as well. It tends to keep
scanning everything within its consciousness
0:08:56.000,0:09:02.560
and even underneath it, unconsciously.
It’s to this point that mindfulness,
0:09:02.560,0:09:08.880
at its best, can take us up. We need to
continuously keep exerting the pressure
0:09:08.880,0:09:15.680
of our determination on the mind to tame
it into behaving the way we want it to.
0:09:16.240,0:09:21.040
But then, who is this ‘we’ that is making
all this Herculean effort to tame our
0:09:21.040,0:09:28.960
mind? Isn’t it a part of our mind alone?
Anyway, even if we are able to relax the
0:09:28.960,0:09:35.440
mind for an hour or so, it’s not of much
use. We are again going to fall back into
0:09:35.440,0:09:42.880
the same unhealthy disposition. How do
we expect it to do permanent good to us?
0:09:42.880,0:09:50.160
On top of it, the very idea of relaxing
the mind is contradictory in itself. Mind
0:09:50.160,0:09:56.720
in itself is the name of an entity full of
contradictions, thereby fragmenting itself,
0:09:56.720,0:10:03.360
and hence, our ‘self’. The fragmented parts
keep fighting with one another making a
0:10:03.360,0:10:10.000
noise. That’s what is called a chattering
mind. The techniques mentioned above try to
0:10:10.000,0:10:18.000
calm it down through turning it numb or through
exerting pressure as in mindfulness meditation.
0:10:18.000,0:10:24.240
But the only rational way to stop its
chattering is emptying its content.
0:10:24.240,0:10:31.600
That’s what we call emptying the mind. We have
already discussed it in its operative details in
0:10:31.600,0:10:40.080
the last episode. And that’s what meditation
must do if it’s to do any real good to us.
0:10:40.080,0:10:46.080
At the same time, any such real good should
preferably not be limited to a limited duration
0:10:46.080,0:10:54.080
of time. It should happen twenty-four hours a
day, three-hundred and sixty-five days a year.
0:10:54.880,0:11:00.080
That simply means we should try to replace
sitting at one place for meditation with
0:11:00.080,0:11:05.920
being dynamically meditative in whatever
we do, all day long. And that can only
0:11:05.920,0:11:13.200
be done by making it our first nature.
Once it happens so, we no more need to
0:11:13.200,0:11:20.160
keep sitting for meditation everyday. We simply
need to live in a meditative state all day long.
0:11:20.160,0:11:28.320
Once we have learnt how to do this, we need to say
goodbye to the idea of ‘sitting in meditation’.
0:11:28.320,0:11:34.480
We need to empty our mind once and for all. This
will mean that we can be meditative even while
0:11:34.480,0:11:42.400
talking to someone, smoking a cigarette, sipping
our wine or while making love, for that matter.
0:11:42.400,0:11:48.240
How can we turn whatever we are doing
at the moment into a meditation?
0:11:48.240,0:11:54.960
It’s possible when we keep enjoying what we are
doing every single moment of it. It makes us fully
0:11:54.960,0:12:03.280
involved into the action with total awareness as
opposed to getting indulged into it habitually.
0:12:03.280,0:12:08.560
Suppose we are doing something that
we like doing a lot. There is every
0:12:08.560,0:12:14.320
risk of getting indulged into its action
by emotionally getting attached to it.
0:12:14.880,0:12:22.000
Let’s take an example of eating our most
favorite dish. Even before we start tasting it,
0:12:22.000,0:12:28.720
we have already conditioned our taste glands
to taste something familiar that we like. And
0:12:28.720,0:12:36.960
when we taste it, we don’t really taste it right
then, we just taste our past perception of it. We
0:12:36.960,0:12:43.280
live our mental past while chronologically
being in the present. That’s how the mind
0:12:43.280,0:12:50.880
affects the brain’s perception by falsely
limiting it to a perception of the past.
0:12:50.880,0:12:58.560
Now let’s play a game. In the same scenario,
let’s pretend we have lost our memory. We no
0:12:58.560,0:13:04.320
more remember that it’s our favorite
dish nor do we remember its taste.
0:13:04.320,0:13:10.160
It depends on how good an actor we are,
being our own audience at the same time.
0:13:10.720,0:13:18.720
Let’s start eating it now. We would effectively
be tasting it for the first time in our life.
0:13:18.720,0:13:24.960
If we are unable to feign loss of
memory, let’s take our first bite slowly,
0:13:24.960,0:13:31.360
tasting it in its totality. This, too, will
effectively result in the feeling that we
0:13:31.360,0:13:38.960
are tasting it for the first time in our life.
Do we see a parallel between the two actions,
0:13:38.960,0:13:46.320
i.e, pretending to have lost our memory and
performing an action slowly in its totality? The
0:13:46.320,0:13:53.920
result is the same in both scenarios. When we do
something slow enough to do it in its totality, we
0:13:53.920,0:14:02.560
have already kept our emotional mind aside which
is akin to keeping our emotional memory aside.
0:14:02.560,0:14:09.040
And we taste the dish like we are tasting it
for the first time in our life. This amounts
0:14:09.040,0:14:17.040
to tasting it in the present moment. Liking
or not liking it no more remains important.
0:14:17.040,0:14:26.080
What matters is tasting it afresh with all
its passion and joy or else pain (if so ever).
0:14:26.080,0:14:33.680
Let’s repeat the same experiment, this time
with a dish that we dislike the most. As we
0:14:33.680,0:14:40.720
slowly taste it afresh in its totality,
disliking it no more remains important.
0:14:40.720,0:14:49.920
What matters is tasting it afresh with all
its passion and pain or else joy (if so ever).
0:14:49.920,0:14:56.800
When we perform an action slowly enough to be
able to do it in its totality, we are no more
0:14:56.800,0:15:04.400
governed by our mind. It’s our nervous system
that takes over. And our nervous system is way
0:15:04.400,0:15:13.360
more intelligent than our mind. It does things
with passion and joy or else pain. All emotional
0:15:13.360,0:15:21.120
strings attached to the past experiences of liking
or disliking simply vanish into thin air. And
0:15:21.120,0:15:30.240
the nervous system then performs actions without
ever emotionally liking or disliking them at all.
0:15:30.240,0:15:35.040
I don’t mean to say that slowness of an
action is the only thing that leads to its
0:15:35.040,0:15:42.960
totality. At times, it’s just the opposite
that works. For example, running to save a
0:15:42.960,0:15:50.560
child from being overrun by a speeding car
works totally when done miraculously fast.
0:15:50.560,0:15:56.400
However, these same types of slow or fast
actions, when non-meditative, are either
0:15:56.400,0:16:04.800
lethargic or impulsive, performing those actions
either extra-slow or extra-fast. That’s when we
0:16:04.800,0:16:11.040
call them mental lethargy or mental hurry.
The key difference is that when the brain
0:16:11.040,0:16:18.080
is in charge in an independent capacity, which
is what I’m calling the truly meditative state,
0:16:18.080,0:16:25.600
the speed of the action turns optimum; it is
neither extra-slow nor extra-fast. The same
0:16:25.600,0:16:32.400
happens to the quality of the action as well.
Mental lethargy and mental hurry are modern-day
0:16:32.400,0:16:39.760
epidemics. The two are solely responsible
for human actions being non-meditative.
0:16:39.760,0:16:45.760
It doesn’t have to be that way because, as
we just saw, being meditative all through
0:16:45.760,0:16:54.160
the day in whatever we do is no rocket science.
And when we enter that meditative state, we no
0:16:54.160,0:17:01.360
longer need to ‘sit’ for time-limited meditation.
The very things we do, turn meditative.
0:17:01.360,0:17:05.680
The mind no longer controls the
brain and is restricted to playing
0:17:05.680,0:17:13.600
the role that it has been designed to play.
When the brain performs an action in its totality,
0:17:13.600,0:17:21.280
it does register it in its memory cells. But that
memory is not accessible to the mind. That’s how
0:17:21.280,0:17:28.800
the mind gets trained to remain empty and keep
doing its job of comprehending reality quietly.
0:17:29.440,0:17:36.320
A meditative action performed in its totality with
passion and joy leaves no desire for recreating
0:17:36.320,0:17:44.240
it in the future. Similarly, a meditative action
performed in its totality with passion along with
0:17:44.240,0:17:53.680
pain leaves no fear of avoiding it in the future.
When a similar situation does arise in the future,
0:17:53.680,0:18:01.840
they become entirely new actions performed afresh
right then. In both cases, no conditioning of
0:18:01.840,0:18:11.040
the mind occurs, thus always keeping it empty.
But old habits die hard. Our already conditioned
0:18:11.040,0:18:18.000
minds pose a tough challenge to being emptied
out in the beginning. For example, when we go
0:18:18.000,0:18:24.880
out in the scorching sun in a hot climate, our
mind contracts our facial muscles. That’s how
0:18:24.880,0:18:31.120
it may turn into an attack of tension headache
for a certain duration of time. The same happens
0:18:31.120,0:18:39.680
in a snowy blizzard in a cold climate. All these
are conditioned reactions of a conditioned mind.
0:18:39.680,0:18:45.760
Let’s take another example to address this
problem. Suppose we got an attack of tension
0:18:45.760,0:18:54.000
headache. When it occurs, we generally tend to
avoid it. But it keeps forcing its pain not only
0:18:54.000,0:18:59.680
in our head but also on our psyche.
That’s how trying to avoid it
0:18:59.680,0:19:06.000
doubles its uneasiness on our system.
The meditative way to deal with it is
0:19:06.000,0:19:12.560
to stop trying to avoid it. Let us rather
accept it by sensing it in its totality.
0:19:13.440,0:19:20.560
That’s what people never do in general.
What happens next?
0:19:20.560,0:19:25.280
As soon as the mind is sidelined
by such passionate acceptance,
0:19:25.280,0:19:31.120
the brain takes charge. We are left with
sensing the said issue in its totality with
0:19:31.120,0:19:39.040
passion and pain. The nervous system swiftly
assesses something wrong in the head. It also
0:19:39.040,0:19:46.640
recognizes the source of the pain in the muscles
of the head being pushed down and tucked in. As
0:19:46.640,0:19:53.520
soon as the neural signals direct the contracted
muscles to relax, pain vanishes leaving our senses
0:19:53.520,0:20:02.320
with passion and joy instead of passion and pain.
The mind remains empty until it gets afflicted by
0:20:02.320,0:20:09.440
another habitual pattern of its conditionings.
This way, through being meditative all along,
0:20:09.440,0:20:15.680
we can go on emptying our mind
of its conditionings one by one.
0:20:15.680,0:20:21.600
But as we have seen earlier, there is a much
better way out. That way is through opening
0:20:21.600,0:20:29.040
all the chakras via re-posturing and then
addressing the extended exhalation of breath.
0:20:29.040,0:20:35.360
The said impeccable procedure infuses every
single moment with passion and joy, with action
0:20:35.360,0:20:42.240
or without it. That’s because breathing becomes
an effortless action turning all other actions
0:20:42.240,0:20:49.840
meditative as well, as and when they take place.
Activating the brain for addressing everything
0:20:49.840,0:20:56.560
here and now this way rewards us with a
surge of inexplicable joy with every single
0:20:56.560,0:21:03.440
breath. Every single extended exhalation
rejuvenates the entire nervous system by
0:21:03.440,0:21:09.840
keeping the mind emptied for its duration.
