How To Unblock Your Heart Chakra Healing Your Love Life Compassionately!

Welcome back to the 8th episode of Skeletal Leap: A Living Adventure!
Today’s episode titled “How To Unblock Your Heart Chakra Healing Your Love Life Compassionately!” will tell you how I cracked the code of instant heart chakra opening in the vertebral column by pinpointing the muscles which were changing the shape of the lower cervical subsection comprising C4, C5, C6 and C7 vertebrae.
You will also learn how emotions play their role in debilitating our body posture through unconsciously perceiving an imaginary threat that isn’t there in reality at all.
SKELETAL LEAP, the mind body connection for mind and body healing, is a giant leap that our skeleton can take through the way it postures its joints.
I had stumbled upon this miracle many years ago, coincidentally.
It took me quite a few years to analyze it fully, and then a few more to turn the results of my analysis into a feasible action plan.
I come up with a new weekly episode every Tuesday morning for miraculous healing enthusiasts to effectively start their weekdays with what they like the most!
How To Unblock Your Heart Chakra Healing Your Love Life Compassionately! – Show Notes

Welcome back to another enlightening episode of Skeletal Leap: A Living Adventure!
In today’s episode titled “How To Unblock Your Heart Chakra Healing Your Love Life Compassionately!” I share my journey of discovering the intricate relationship between our body posture and the heart chakra.
You will learn how the alignment of the vertebral column, particularly the cervical and thoracic vertebrae, plays a critical role in opening the heart chakra.
As I navigated through the anatomy of the spine, I uncovered how habitual postures can lead to a distorted shape, affecting not just our physical health but also our emotional well-being.
This episode delves into the significance of shoulder positioning and the importance of relaxing our muscles to foster vulnerability and freedom.
Join me as I explore the profound insights gained from this practice, including how emotions can create an imaginary sense of threat that isolates us from our true selves and others.
I discuss the essential connection between the heart and throat chakras, emphasizing their need to work in tandem for complete emotional and physical openness.
Throughout this episode, you will discover actionable strategies to unlock your heart chakra, including the vital role of diaphragmatic breathing and the anatomy of the pectoralis muscles.
I also highlight the lifestyle diseases that can arise from a blocked heart chakra, such as hypertension and heart failure, and how to prevent them by fostering a healthy mind-body connection.
In this episode, I share:
- The connection between body posture and heart chakra health
- Insights on vulnerability and emotional freedom
- The importance of shoulder alignment in heart chakra opening
- How to utilize diaphragmatic breathing for deeper emotional release
- Understanding the relationship between the heart and throat chakras

Freedom always comes with responsibility and this
0:00:04.720,0:00:22.000
responsibility is there to take care of the vulnerability that comes along.
0:00:22.000,0:00:26.480
My name is Laadi Ojas. Welcome to “Skeletal Leap:
0:00:26.480,0:00:34.160
A Living Adventure”. Skeletal Leap
transforms one’s life into a personal heaven.
0:00:34.160,0:00:40.720
Today’s episode will tell you how I cracked the code of instant heart chakra opening.
0:00:40.720,0:00:45.600
I moved up along the vertebral column through its thoracic vertebrae along
0:00:45.600,0:00:51.920
the upper back now. I could easily sense its posteriorly convex (or
0:00:51.920,0:00:57.680
anteriorly concave) curve along all the 12 vertebrae in this section.
0:00:58.480,0:01:05.440
As it was an anteriorly concave curve, it never tended to distort its shape via any postural
0:01:05.440,0:01:13.040
maneuver. But the cervical section with its 7 vertebrae of the neck just above the thoracic
0:01:13.040,0:01:21.280
section did so. The problem was that this section too, although highly mobile, tended to be postured
0:01:21.280,0:01:28.320
like an inverted C which it was not supposed to be. It was actually supposed to posture
0:01:28.320,0:01:36.160
posteriorly concave in order to complete the upper S shape of the double S shaped vertebral column.
0:01:36.160,0:01:40.480
I tried to maneuver various joints with the help of their associated
0:01:40.480,0:01:45.760
muscles in the vicinity including the shoulder and the skull joints.
0:01:46.480,0:01:52.960
What I discovered was that the shoulder joint maneuvers affected the subsection comprising
0:01:52.960,0:02:04.560
lower cervical vertebrae C4, C5, C6 and C7 alone. Above these, the subsection comprising C1 (atlas),
0:02:04.560,0:02:11.680
C2 (axis) and C3 changed their curve with the movements of the skull joints alone.
0:02:11.680,0:02:18.800
It was an eye-opener for me. I focused my attention on the lower subsection first. I was on
0:02:18.800,0:02:25.200
my way to crack the code of instant heart chakra opening. I needed to pinpoint the muscles which
0:02:25.200,0:02:34.480
were changing the shape of the lower cervical subsection comprising C4, C5, C6 and C7 vertebrae.
0:02:34.480,0:02:41.120
I felt my shoulders were habitually dropped down and tucked in. First, I spread them out
0:02:41.120,0:02:49.280
to do away with my inward tuck. I felt my chest protruding out taking my arms away from my torso
0:02:49.280,0:02:57.280
with this maneuver. It felt like opening up to my surroundings. It also felt like turning vulnerable
0:02:57.280,0:03:04.640
to the effects of those surroundings. Even simply taking my arms away from my torso had the same
0:03:04.640,0:03:12.640
effect on my chest that protruded out provided the three lower torso chakras were already open.
0:03:12.640,0:03:20.560
Was I scared of turning vulnerable? I felt so. And that must have been the reason I
0:03:20.560,0:03:27.040
had unconsciously generated a muscular armor isolating myself for my perceived safety in
0:03:27.040,0:03:33.280
my psyche. It was like the posture we adopt while saving ourselves from our
0:03:33.280,0:03:40.960
competitor’s punch in a boxing ring. But it wasn’t the feeling of being vulnerable alone.
0:03:41.600,0:03:47.280
It was also a feeling of freedom coming from doing away with my muscular armor held in place as a
0:03:47.280,0:03:56.240
habit. I felt I needed to realize that I wasn’t in a combat with a competitor in a boxing ring.
0:03:56.240,0:04:01.680
I realized how emotions played their role in debilitating our body posture
0:04:01.680,0:04:07.680
through unconsciously perceiving an imaginary threat that wasn’t there in reality at all.
0:04:08.480,0:04:15.280
These emotions are actually stupid. And in their pursuit to keep us safe, they
0:04:15.280,0:04:22.400
keep us isolated inside the shell created by the resulting muscular armors turning us insensitive
0:04:22.400,0:04:31.520
toward our fellow humans. In fact, they turn us slaves to our own unconscious imaginary fears.
0:04:32.400,0:04:38.720
We tend to lose our capacity to interact with our fellow humans in a spontaneous manner which
0:04:38.720,0:04:45.760
would have resulted in instinctually loving them and empathizing with them. It also gives rise
0:04:45.760,0:04:51.120
to the feeling of keeping missing something all through our life which we are never able
0:04:51.120,0:05:01.040
to realize what. It’s actually feeling lonely which almost all of us on earth are victims to.
0:05:01.040,0:05:06.720
Simply spreading my shoulders out to do away with my inward tuck gave me such a
0:05:06.720,0:05:13.760
huge lot of insight in my psyche. It was all lying unconscious not only in my mind
0:05:13.760,0:05:20.800
but in my body as well. That’s why I say that changes in the body have the capacity to bring
0:05:20.800,0:05:27.520
changes in the mind exactly like changes in the mind bring changes in the body.
0:05:27.520,0:05:34.080
But still it hadn’t yet felt absolutely complete in its body maneuver as far as
0:05:34.080,0:05:40.880
cracking the code of instant heart chakra opening was concerned. I could still breathe through my
0:05:40.880,0:05:47.840
chest with the help of my intercostal muscles. And it was when I had already opened my solar
0:05:47.840,0:05:53.760
plexus chakra turning my thoracic diaphragm relaxed in order to initiate diaphragmatic
0:05:53.760,0:06:01.760
breathing. I should no more have the option of breathing through my chest open to me at all.
0:06:01.760,0:06:08.000
In fact, what I had done up to this point was relaxing my pectoralis major muscle via
0:06:08.000,0:06:14.320
spreading my shoulders out to do away with my inward tuck. But there was something more
0:06:14.320,0:06:21.200
to be done in order to complete the maneuver by locking my intercostal muscles while breathing.
0:06:21.200,0:06:29.600
Actually, I had ignored another part of pectoralis muscles named pectoralis minor. I needed to relax
0:06:29.600,0:06:37.520
this one as well. And this was not to be done by spreading shoulders alone. I needed to stabilize
0:06:37.520,0:06:44.160
my shoulder blades through bringing them closer to each other through protruding my chest out even
0:06:44.160,0:06:52.880
further. That’s what happens when we open our arms full to hug someone we passionately love.
0:06:52.880,0:06:58.560
And as I did so, I discovered I was no more able to breathe from my chest with the help
0:06:58.560,0:07:07.200
of my intercostal muscles at all. I was forced to breathe with my thoracic diaphragm deep. When
0:07:07.200,0:07:15.600
I said deep, it meant both, a much longer inhalation and an equally long exhalation.
0:07:15.600,0:07:19.600
It completed cracking the code of instant heart chakra opening
0:07:19.600,0:07:24.080
making me both, free as well as vulnerable.

0:07:38.000,0:07:42.320
Let’s talk a little bit more about freedom and vulnerability coming
0:07:42.320,0:07:46.800
together to me on opening my heart chakra here.
0:07:46.800,0:07:53.040
Freedom always comes with responsibility. And this responsibility is there to take care of the
0:07:53.040,0:08:00.800
vulnerability that comes along. In terms of our body muscles, it means relaxing the ones which
0:08:00.800,0:08:07.920
need to be relaxed and keeping them relaxed until a real threat is there to take care of.
0:08:08.560,0:08:12.000
Please note that I am talking about a real threat
0:08:12.000,0:08:18.240
and not a perceived imaginary threat that our mind often falls prey to.
0:08:18.240,0:08:23.680
Freedom comes through relaxation. On the other hand, responsibility comes
0:08:23.680,0:08:30.160
through ever being ready for the worst simply because relaxation has turned us vulnerable.
0:08:30.800,0:08:36.800
In my case, my mind had opted for safety rather than readiness,
0:08:36.800,0:08:44.320
thus robbing me of my relaxed freedom. Such a postural stance always keeps us stressed
0:08:44.320,0:08:52.480
all along except when we resign as a reaction to being over-stressed. This resignation is
0:08:52.480,0:08:59.760
always irresponsible and turns our muscles lethargic in the name of getting relaxed.
0:08:59.760,0:09:05.680
Hence relaxation and readiness being there together is a responsible maneuver
0:09:05.680,0:09:12.720
whereas stress and lethargy together is an irresponsible alternative. A really relaxed
0:09:12.720,0:09:19.760
muscle is not only free of all stress but is also ready to jump into action instantly.
0:09:20.400,0:09:26.800
On the other hand, a habitually contracted muscle is not only slave to all stress but
0:09:26.800,0:09:32.640
is never really ready to jump into action instantly simply because stress always
0:09:32.640,0:09:40.640
keeps it fatigued perennially. That’s why and how it turns irresponsible.
0:09:40.640,0:09:46.480
I realized that if I needed to be free, I needed to be responsible too.
0:09:46.480,0:09:54.800
I didn’t need to be irresponsibly safe, I just needed to be responsibly ready for the worst.
0:09:54.800,0:10:00.640
But there was something left incomplete that was still haunting me. I wasn’t really feeling
0:10:00.640,0:10:07.120
as free in the maneuver of my shoulder blades as I did in my chest muscles. It
0:10:07.120,0:10:12.560
meant that relaxing pectoralis major had been perfectly complete but my pectoralis
0:10:12.560,0:10:19.360
minor was still feeling something missing. It certainly gave me a feeling of freedom and joy
0:10:19.360,0:10:25.280
but it hadn’t made me as sensitive there as it had done to my chest.
0:10:25.280,0:10:31.440
I kept wondering what the reason could have been. And then suddenly it struck to me that
0:10:31.440,0:10:36.240
I was supposed to check the effect of opening my heart chakra in combination
0:10:36.240,0:10:44.480
with another chakra in the upper torso. It was the throat chakra that I was thinking about.
0:10:44.480,0:10:50.800
In fact in all its probability, these two chakras might have been the part of a group exactly like
0:10:50.800,0:10:58.640
the three lower torso chakras are. I am talking about the root chakra, the sacral chakra and
0:10:58.640,0:11:06.080
the solar plexus chakra that I had discovered being the parts of the lower torso chakra group.
0:11:06.080,0:11:11.520
Let me repeat it once again here. Here is the explanation…
0:11:11.520,0:11:17.360
Although we have 7 chakras in our body yet we cannot correctly open them in absolute
0:11:17.360,0:11:22.880
isolation separately. We can certainly open them in three groups in order for
0:11:22.880,0:11:29.040
each one of them opening properly via their instant opening codes.
0:11:29.040,0:11:35.200
The first group comprises the root, the sacral and the solar plexus chakras forming the lower torso
0:11:35.200,0:11:43.120
group. The second group comprises the heart and the throat chakras forming the upper torso group.
0:11:43.120,0:11:50.560
And the third group comprises the third eye and the crown chakras forming the skull chakra group.
0:11:50.560,0:11:56.480
Hence, the code of instant heart chakra opening was perfectly accurate although it needed to be
0:11:56.480,0:12:03.280
opened in combination with the throat chakra. It was to avoid the shoulder blades to get postured
0:12:03.280,0:12:10.720
closer to each other at their bottom ends or even equally between the bottom end and the top end.
0:12:10.720,0:12:14.640
The maneuver of their coming closer at their bottom ends felt to me like
0:12:14.640,0:12:20.160
it was reducing my sensitivity to my surroundings including my fellow humans.
0:12:20.960,0:12:26.400
I actually needed to match my sensitivity at pectoralis minor through stabilizing my
0:12:26.400,0:12:33.040
shoulder blades to the empathic sensitivity at my pectoralis major through protruding
0:12:33.040,0:12:39.200
my chest by spreading my shoulders out to do away with my inward tuck.
0:12:39.200,0:12:44.080
I decided to keep patience and wait for cracking the code of instant throat
0:12:44.080,0:12:50.720
chakra opening. As these two chakras seemed to be the parts of a group,
0:12:50.720,0:12:55.520
It would resolve the issue in all its probability, I hoped.
0:12:55.520,0:13:00.400
Opening my heart chakra had gifted me with all these insights to my psyche along
0:13:00.400,0:13:07.280
with a relaxed state of my body which was always ready to jump into action instantly.
0:13:08.000,0:13:13.920
It was done through maneuvering my pectoralis muscles including both, pectoralis major
0:13:13.920,0:13:22.720
and pectoralis minor. Hence I decided to enlist their anatomy and physiology below.
0:13:22.720,0:13:26.560
Innervated by the lateral pectoral nerve (C5 – C7)
0:13:26.560,0:13:32.400
and the medial pectoral nerve (C8 – T1), pectoral muscles have two parts…
0:13:33.120,0:13:40.560
Pectoralis major – flexes, extends and rotates humerus (the bone of the upper arm)
0:13:41.680,0:13:48.720
Pectoralis minor – stabilizes the scapula (shoulder blade)
0:13:48.720,0:13:52.400
Pectoralis major is a thick, fan-shaped convergent
0:13:52.400,0:14:00.000
muscle located in the chest. Its functions are flexion, extension and rotation of the humerus.
0:14:00.640,0:14:04.240
It performs four movements for the shoulder joint…
0:14:05.360,0:14:10.560
Flexion of the humerus like in heavy weight lifting while doing biceps curls
0:14:11.600,0:14:15.360
Adduction of the humerus like in arm-flapping
0:14:16.400,0:14:20.080
Rotating the humerus medially like in arm-wrestling
0:14:21.040,0:14:27.360
Keeping arms attached to torso like in military “attention” posture
0:14:27.360,0:14:33.280
Out of the above four actions, only the second one keeps its associated vertebral
0:14:33.280,0:14:41.760
upper S shape intact at the C8 spinal nerve – T1 vertebra. The same holds good for
0:14:41.760,0:14:50.480
C5 – C7 vertebrae. Its remaining three movements tend to turn it into an inverted C shape. Also,
0:14:50.480,0:14:56.000
when we stretch our body for relaxation, it performs the second action alone.
0:14:56.640,0:15:01.920
Hence, it’s logical to deduce that the second action is the most relaxed state
0:15:01.920,0:15:09.040
of the muscle. When we make it our first nature, it keeps the heart chakra open.
0:15:09.040,0:15:13.200
But when we keep it postured like in any of the other three actions,
0:15:13.200,0:15:17.440
it closes the heart chakra. It does so by turning the upper
0:15:17.440,0:15:24.800
S shape of the C8 spinal nerve – T1 vertebrae into an inverted C shape.
0:15:24.800,0:15:29.840
Pectoralis minor is a thin, triangular muscle located in the upper chest under
0:15:29.840,0:15:34.800
the Pectoralis major muscle. It’s innervated by the medial pectoral
0:15:34.800,0:15:40.000
nerve (C8 spinal nerve – T1 vertebra) alone.
0:15:40.000,0:15:44.880
Pectoralis minor is also able to stabilize scapulae when postured
0:15:44.880,0:15:49.680
like in the aforementioned second action of the shoulder joint..
0:15:49.680,0:15:54.320
This second action is also the one that we adopt for hugging someone.
0:15:54.320,0:15:59.360
And that’s how we know that an open heart chakra is concerned the most with love,
0:15:59.360,0:16:05.920
kindness and compassion. If it’s closed, it leads to narrowness of the heart,
0:16:05.920,0:16:10.880
keeping us emotionally isolated from our fellow humans on earth.
0:16:11.600,0:16:16.560
Symptoms that point to the existence of the heart chakra, like asthma,
0:16:16.560,0:16:21.200
high blood pressure or hypertension, heart attack and heart failure,
0:16:21.200,0:16:25.920
are all lifestyle diseases that stem from the heart chakra.
0:16:25.920,0:16:32.720
There is again a caveat here. Do you see a pattern repeating? The heart chakra cannot
0:16:32.720,0:16:40.240
be effectively opened unless the root, sacral and solar plexus chakras below it are already opened.
0:16:41.360,0:16:49.280
